Land Management & Metro District Consulting was started in 2012 by Brian Wallin.  Brian's experience in managing property began in 2001 as the manager of a 6,300 acre ranch property.  That property was developed into a multi-use golf course community consisting of 412 units with a Homeowner's Association and Metropolitan District.  Brian was instrumental in all aspects of the development from planning and entitlements to the construction of all infrastructure and amenities.  He served as both President of the Homeowner's Association Board as well as President of the Cornerstone Metropolitan Districts No. 1 and 2. 

Following his tenure with Cornerstone he opened LMMDC and started managing community associations with an emphasis on larger ranch style properties.
